Most first-time jumpers are nervous, and the website is the first jump they make. We built Skydive DeLand's to take them from curious to booked, with the booking handed to their own system, and we keep it on our Essential care plan.

Courses, prices, events and news change through the season. The site is built on Elementor Pro, so the team changes them without us.

Two hours of care a month, five hours of hack remediation if it is ever needed, standard backups and a monthly security report.
Hosted on Kinsta
Hosting is on Kinsta, where we are an Agency Partner: Google Cloud servers, Cloudflare's network in front, and a backup taken every day.
Web design
A drop zone in the skydiving capital of the world was running on a very outdated site, one its previous host had not kept secure, and people were complaining about using it. We modernised it from the ground up, gave it a usability check, and built it around the booking and the eight things people actually arrive asking about.
Built around the booking
Bookings run through Bookeo, so the whole site was planned around it rather than alongside it. Conversion tracking was checked and working before a single page was designed, which is the part that usually gets discovered last.
A rewrite, not a copy-paste
The words on the old site were as out of date as the site itself and not worth carrying over. Every page was written fresh, with their marketing consultant, in the voice of a drop zone with more than forty years behind it.
Eight pages that did not exist
Tandems, Plan Your Visit, DZ Briefing, Facilities, the Campground, Military, Our History and the Gear Store. Each one answers a question the team had been answering by phone and email, one person at a time.
One place for every conversation
We moved them onto a CRM that pulls email, Facebook and Instagram messages, Google reviews and texts into a single inbox. Enquiries stopped living in four places at once.
